 Phantom Hydrangea Paniculata

Hydrangea paniculata grandiflora 'phantom'

The Phantom Hydrangea produces massive, dense conical flower clusters at the ends of the branches, which look like the Hydrangea ‘Limelight' on steroids! The large flower heads on this Peegee type hydrangea start out ivory and progress to white or pale green, then pink. Phantom hydrangea will grow to be about 10 feet tall at maturity, with a spread of 10 feet; suitable for planting under power lines. This hydrangea shrub performs well in both full sun and full shade. Phantom has stems that are much sturdier and thicker than other past hydrangea and does not "flop" under the heavy weight of its oversized blooms. This multi-stemmed deciduous shrub will certainly standout in any landscape either as an accent plant or when planted in mass!
