'White Cloud' is a stunning, but hard-to-find cultivar that thrives in heat and humidity. A handsome white flowered variant of pink flowered Muhlenbergia capillaris, The large airy seed heads create a misty cloud of white over the foliage in early fall. Clumps of glossy, blue-green foliage are topped in fall by soft clouds of airy ivory flower panicles. Especially dramatic when planted in groups. Drought tolerant. One of the most highly ornamental grasses.
