The Adolphe Audusson Spring Blooming Camellia is an evergreen shrub with red and white variegated flowers that bloom in winter into early spring. This shrub does well in partial sun and full shade. It can also be trained as a single or multi-stemmed tree. ' adolphe audusson' bears variable flowers in peony-form or semi-double. Slow growing, upright to spreading shrub or small tree with age. Oval, glossy, leaves and profuse winter to early spring blooms.  A true heritage plant, and favorite of Southern gardens.
