This is an upright variety and considered one of the best.  it has the ability to reach 15′ to 20′ high, but if that doesn’t work for you, you can easily keep it trimmed to a lower height. New growth has pink to red bark with brightly variegated pink and cream over light green leaves. This is a very good accent tree in the landscape and forms an upright fairly round-topped structure.
